Les Nomades de Marrakech works with interior designers, architects, decorators, galleries, retailers, boutique hotels, hospitality businesses and other professionals who are sourcing handmade Moroccan rugs for residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
Our online collection is a curated window into a much larger rug library in Marrakech. With more than 28,000 unique rugs in our wider archive, our role is not simply to offer what is visible online, but to help professionals narrow the collection around the needs of a specific project.
Who We Work With
We welcome enquiries from professionals working across interiors, architecture, decoration, hospitality, galleries and retail. Because every project is different, trade relationships and project requirements are discussed individually rather than through one standardized offer.
Sourcing from the Wider Rug Library
The most useful starting point is a clear size range. Because our rugs are individually made and do not always follow standardized dimensions, we recommend sharing:
- your minimum and maximum width;
- your minimum and maximum length;
- the colors and styles you are drawn to;
- examples of rugs from the Les Nomades website that appeal to you;
- a mood board or relevant project references, where useful.
From there, our team can search the wider archive and prepare a focused selection. If you are working remotely, we can present suitable rugs through photographs, videos and detailed views.
Whenever possible, references from our own collection are especially useful. They allow us to compare like with like and understand which Moroccan qualities, constructions, colors and styles you are responding to.
Larger Residential & Hospitality Projects
For projects involving several rooms or multiple rugs, we can organize sourcing around the dimensions, function, style and color direction of each space.
Our first preference is to search the existing archive. Where no suitable existing piece can meet a particular requirement, we can then assess whether selected custom production may be appropriate. Custom work remains a selective service and is considered only after feasibility has been reviewed.
Visit Us in Marrakech
Our Marrakech Bazaar is open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and walk-in visitors are welcome.
For professional or project-based visits, we recommend arranging an appointment in advance. If you send your size ranges, preferred styles or a mood board before arriving, our team can prepare a relevant selection and make sure someone is available to work through it with you.
Designers and architects are encouraged to bring as much useful project information as possible. Fabric, curtain, upholstery or finish samples can be particularly helpful, together with dimensions, plans, color references and examples from our own collection.
